Usage / How to Use
You can prepare a traditional Kerala-style dried jackfruit dish using the following method:
Soak: Take the required amount of dried jackfruit and soak it in water for five hours.
Squeeze & Steam: After soaking, gently squeeze out the water and steam the jackfruit until soft.
Prepare Coconut Mixture: Grind together: Grated coconut, Small onions, Green chilli, Bird’s eye chilli, Curry leaves
Mix & Cook: Add the coconut paste to the steamed jackfruit.
Cook the mixture on a low flame for a few minutes until the flavours blend well.
