Sliced Kappa, or Sliced dried tapioca, is a traditional Kerala staple prepared by slicing fresh tapioca and sun-drying it to preserve its natural taste and long shelf life. Made with 100% pure tapioca, this product is free from additives and retains the authentic flavour and texture of Kerala’s favourite comfort food.

Usage / How to Use
You can prepare Sliced Kappa easily using the traditional method:
Wash: Rinse the dried tapioca thoroughly.
Soak (Optional but recommended): Soak in water for 1–2 hours to soften.
Boil: Add the tapioca to boiling water and cook until it turns soft and translucent.
Drain: Discard the water and rinse once more to remove excess starch.
Serve: Enjoy hot with: Spicy fish curry, Green chilli–coconut chutney, Dried fish curry, Any Kerala-style curry or chammanthi
