Porridge Preparation: Step-by-Step Instructions

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Porridge Mix
100 \ml Milk
100 \ml Water
Pinch of Salt
Cold water (small amount, for paste)
Optional: Nuts and cut fruits for garnish
Method
Boil Liquid Base: In a small saucepan, combine 100 ml of milk and 100 \ml of water. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
Prepare Slurry: While the liquid heats, take 2 tablespoons of the Porridge Mix in a separate bowl. Add a small quantity of cold water and stir well to form a smooth, lump-free paste (a slurry).
Incorporate Mix: Slowly pour the prepared slurry into the boiling milk/water mixture. Immediately add a pinch of salt.
Cook & Thicken: Reduce the heat to low. Cook the porridge for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring continuously until it achieves the desired creamy, thick consistency.
Serve: Remove from heat and transfer the porridge to a serving bowl. Garnish generously with fresh nuts and cut fruits of your choice.
