Vendakka Kondattam is a classic Kerala sun-dried delicacy made from tender okra (vendakka) seasoned with salt and green chilli. The okra is sliced and naturally dried to preserve its fresh flavour and crisp texture. When fried, it becomes wonderfully crunchy with a mild spicy kick.
